Paypal

• We expect the payment to be on Decks Records Paypal account within 7 working days. The order will be canceled if we dont recive the money punctually.
• the order will be shipped after reciving the money to the Paypal delivery address.
• We only send to the Paypal delivery address if you choose Paypal
• Attention! Any abuse of Paypal accounts will be directly reported to the police.

Credit card

Step 1:


• The credit card-link for the payment appears after having send the order from the Decks order confirmation site.
• After the click on the button mentioned above the secure site of our payment system partners Acceptance/ Paytool opens automatically.
• The EUR amount, the order number and the payment receiver (Decks Records) will be shown.
• Fill in your credit card details in this web form.
• Press the button for the payment confirmation afterwards.
(Please note: Regular customers of ours that have a decks login are able to save their credits card details securely for future payments. They must simply activate the certain option field that appears (save all).
The CVV number will have to be filled in by hand again for following payments. It is not being saved.)

Step 2:


• The MasterCard Secure / Verified by VISA site of the card-issuing bank opens automatically
• The personal secure code has to be entered here and must be sent.
  (Please note: If you do not have a secure code as a customer already here, it can be newly set there as well)
• After having entered the code successfully, our Decks.de site opens with the confirmation of the successful done credit card payment.

Pre paying

• We expect the payment to be on Decks Records bank account within 5 working days. The order will be canceled if we don't recive the money punctually.
• the order will be shipped after reciving the money.
• If you make an omnibus order please notice that the shipping costs have to be payed only once.
• The bank details are shown after sending an order.
• Please be aware that the prepaying can take some days longer, because of the moneytransfer.
• If the total amount of trasfered money is higher the invoice due, we transfere the difference back or we give a credit for the next order.

Cash on delivery (C.O.D.)

• You have to pay the parcel at the door.
• If the parcels are being rejected numerous times, Decks Records can not allow this payment method for these customers.
• This shippingmethod is only available for german post (Deutsche Post).
