Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model revocation form, which is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs arising from your use of a different method of delivery to that offered by us); delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you, and in no event will we charge you for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. This period is deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

They shall be liable for any loss of value of the goods only if such loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking their nature, properties and functioning.
