The title track of the LP. I always felt this was one of the best tracks i ever wrote, taking serious influneces from old Metalheadz and rufige crew releases. There is just something about that kind of music for me that makes it special, maybe because that`s the diet i grew up on and got me into drum&bass in the first place

Something abit diffrent from me perhaps, just wanted to show that i like all kinds of vibes of the music and i also needed a couple of hard dancefloor hitters on the LP so i decided this would make a good sampler 12" with "Life In Cycles".
