Pokk! has also released with SonuoS (2013), An Epic (2014), and previously with Dragon’s Eye Recording (2011) as half of minimal electronic duo Mimosa Moize with his wife Lucia H Chung. Pokk! also records under projects including Typeface and Reloc, a new collaborative project with Chung.

Pokk! - SM-LL 0000 is the first main label 12” release on SM-LL. Furthering his deep interests in rhythm, repetition and reduction, Pokk! crafts white noise with clinical tone bass percussive elements to form shifting patterns alike that of Steve Reich, and creates a particular sonic rawness parallel to ‘The Works’ by JB³ . This 4-track release spans from intense rhythmical drive such as ‘203’, calm and broken structures found in ‘172’ and ‘207’, to a classic Yves De Mey heavy bass pulsating remix created using a Nord Modular patch provided by Pokk! Their mutual passions for the Nord Modular system brings Pokk! and Yves De Mey together, crossing creative paths for the first time.

SM-LL, now in its 3rd year, has slowly established its reputation through numerous digital (Default) and small-run vinyl (Batch) releases. SM-LL continues to operate around core values: small tokens of exchange, mutual respect, a passion for music and ultimately creating and releasing music for the right reasons.
