lopazz, who had great releases on get physical & kompakt, as well with his labelmate alex flatner (>make up your mind<) on cocoon recordings, joins forces with his buddy zarook on circle music with this excellent 2 tracker. zarook, as well known for his releases on lo-fi, stereo or italic and his famous uv-klub (10 year anniversary in 2009). both worked together already for the credit card receipt release by lopazz on get physical.
on the new circle release they are proving their music abilities again with a unique sound!

you probably best know lopazz for the quality, avant-garde club music like >i need ya< & >share my rhythm< hes produced for labels like get physical, cocoon rec. and londons legendary output recordings. lopazz is now back with a fantastic collaboration of the 80s sensation imagination enabled & co-produced by mexican artist beto >betoko< cohen.lopazz & beto met each other for the first time at azurara festival portugal in 2009, beto asked lopazz the same night, on the way to the festival if he wanted to work on the original imagination files with him, as his cousin eliot cohen, one of the worlds leading musicpublishers owns the rights on many international hitrecords. they started working on the files recorded on a huge analog ssl-console and the original 24-track tapes from 1982 at cohens red bus studios in london and it was pure magic! their first track, a remix of imaginations >new dimension< is the a-side on the gpm131. its been the first collaboration of the two producers and its a killertrack requested by many labels. lopazz is currently working on new film-scores for international tv and the next dj t. album. beto cohen is working on his next album and the follow-up with lopazz & imagination.s physical commissioned a subsequent remix 12 inch, featuring epic, forward-thinking versions from now firmly established chilean superstars luciano and ricardo vilallobos
