BBE records proudly presents you the sophomore album of recording artist The Berlin based songwriter’s latest offering of 11 brand new songs recorded over the last year, maintains the continuity of his sound which is a heartfelt blend of laid back pop, soul and dance. This creation is all his own and boasts one special guest, Clara Hill on the late summer club anthem – The Better Life as well as The Scent Of Hay. Circumstances force change upon us. Georg chose ‘Everything Must Change’ as the title for his new album “because it contains a two-fold message about how things in art evolve no matter how you approach them: it can mean fighting for things to change as well as letting go. The sentence both implores and observes something. If you struggle to maintain a persona in art or constantly try to alter it: things change nevertheless, so you change with them. If this album has a certain quality that is reminiscent of music that has been done in the past it has nothing to do with an attempt to revitalise a time or genre. It only uses elements from the past as musical tools, to add a certain flavour, which makes it a very modern album.” KEY SELLING POINTS · Georg has produced, co-written and collaborated with a lot of artists such as Clara Hill, Jazzanova (i.e. Let Your Heart Be Free), MAW, Basement Jaxx, Calibre, Miss Platnum or Random Factor. · The album track ‘The Better Life’ and its remixes are getting great support from DJs such as Jo Claussell, Dennis Ferrer, Louie Vega, Jazzanova and Marcus Worgull, the ‘Restless Soul Vocal Mix“ was a Traxsource No.1 for 4 weeks in November 09. · Georg’s debut ‘Can’t hold back’ became a classic to many fans and radio stations all over the world and was hailed with praise by magazines.
