This is the debut vinyl release from up & coming producer Jim Morton. The 12 inch presents two different flavours of the Jungle sound. The A side is NYC-DUB, a heavy duty track with plenty of pace and energy. An atmospheric vibe is present but the production still carries enough weight with the beats and sub to work the dance floor. Think Ray Keith meets Breakage! On side B, >Underwater Chord< is again a Jungle Bass tune but on a different vibe. It is a brighter sounding track, due to the chords and sounds used, which wouldnt be out of place in a Liquid style production. With both tracks there is a tip of the cap towards the old skool sound.
