Trikk follows up last years debut release on ManMakeMusic with a second offering of shimmering bass heavy house music aimed squarely at the dance floor. The EP itself has already been getting some heavy rotation from ManMake label boss George FitzGerald, appearing on his recent Boiler Room and Radio One Essential mixes. On Basement Traxx we see the darker side of Trikks musical personality as he gives us a stuttering techno drum workout with demented pads and ominous stabs. Rounded is trademark Trikk featuring rolling subbass alongside drifting chords and swinging drums. Lando (formerly Lando Kal) completes the EP with a guttural techno rework of the Aside rounding off a stellar dancefloor centric release from the ManMakeMusic camp.
