DDSR005 comes from the New York City based newcomer Edgar M. A house producer by trade, this is Edgar Ms debut release but it doesnt show, demonstrating an ear for sound aesthetics and dynamics that immediately caught the attention of Deep Down Slam. His track >Oscillate< is a little masterpiece, rich with musicality and vintage sounding production techniques that are reminiscent of early Strictly Rhythm. This EP sounds just like it came straight out of 1991 and was entirely produced on vintage hardware/analog based equipment. To complement this release we have Zurich based house producer Donato Capozzi on the remix duties who delivers a great dub version of >That Strut<.
