Cologne vinyl only operation Rough House Rosie return with a fourth release and a full label debut from Russian producer Shine Grooves (also known to make techno as Quadrat) whose track *Pure Reason* featured on the Silent Movie Sounds I split release issued by RHR earlier this year. The Cairo EP sees the Yekaterinburg-based producer drop five cuts that slip between various moods of house and techno.
