Analog techno slammers on Fixed Rhythms
Earlier this year, Russell E.L. Butler released a big bang of a 12" with Spectral Sound. Now we have an impressive 2-track EP to follow up with some longer tracks released by Fixed Rhythms. 606 TRAX is comprised of two hefty cuts of bending, modular techno, with even a sparse vocal appearance on the B-side. These tracks were taken from a live set that they played in December 2019 at the Rickshaw Stop in San Francisco. Mastered for full dance-floor capacity by Dietrich Schoenemann, this 12" is for those who love hypnotic, high-energy drum workouts and modular techno. This release is dedicated to the memory of Johnny Igaz.
