A catchy and little bit glittering house gem by long time DJ, producer, party-organizer, clubowner and Compost artist Shahrokh Dini, who teams up with the very young talented singer Mox. Two top notch remixes by well-known Musumeci and SIRS (Daniel Klein) complete the package.

Shahrokh Dini - formerly known as Shahrokh Sound of K - has made himself known as a DJ since the early 90s. His DJ sets move with the class of an experienced performer seamlessly deep house but a travel to Detroit and via Disco back to modern-day vibes, as a whole always reminiscent of soulful and deep roots but with refreshingly contemporary facets. He likened to a chameleon by fellow musical peer!
Shahrokh Dini’s productions and DJ live sets are made of the right stern to snowball dance floors worldwide and fill them with epic moments. He regularly plays every summer various Ibiza venues and also has Berlin residencies. His releases on various labels like Sasse’s Moodmusic, Miss Moneypenny Records, Strictly Rhythm, Ministry Of Sound, Caus-N-Effect, and of course on Compost Black Label, were supported by Âme, Ron Trent, Jimpster, Dimitri From Paris, Rainer Trueby, Laurent Garnier, Boo Williams, Glenn Underground, Solomun, Frankey & Sandrino, Agoria, Olderic, Maceo Plex, Steve Bug etc.. He did remixes for Automat, Mateo & Matos, Robert Owens, Marbert Rocel, Bar, Simon Flower, Vanessa Daou, Tomasz Guiddo, Niki Harris (Madonna’s background singer), Gloria Gaynor and others.
Shahrokh further worked with international talents such as Robert Owens, Tikiman (Basic Channel-Detroit), Barbara Tucker, Nathan McLau und Jaime Lloyd from the label Future Classic.
For his album "Dripping Point", he got great and massive commendation in magazines like De:Bug, Groove, Raveline, XLR8R, DJMag a.o.

By the way, Shahrokh Dini is not only a house producer and DJ, he is running clubs since the mid 90ies, he frequently promotes bigger club-music events, he has various DJ residencies, and his own club called „Monk“ in his hometown Karlsruhe. In the past he engaged artists such as Metro Area, Kevin Saunderson and Âme for various events for the Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe ZKM, the latter proving his nose for talent as he had sourced them as residents at “Electric Mood” already in their early years. Adding to that Shahrokh now curates and runs the after party of the massive art fair "Art Karlsruhe" in collaboration with the State Theater once a year.

For the 25 years Compost Records anniversary box-set, the maestros Delano Smith and Boo Williams delivered each superb remixes for Shahrokh’s older Compost tracks: “Owl Flight” and “Perfect Stranger” featuring Robert Owens.
SIRS (Sounds in Real Stereo) is the brainchild of Daniel Klein, a long-term ambassador DJ in the electronic music circus.
2019 gives rise to his 1st studio album „Banana Hard &Disco Kisses“, which follows some successful key EPs over the last years and has the sort of organic textures and realness of 70s & 80s soul and funk that wasn’t too overproduced. It is a musically adventurous affair that reflects all assets of Klein’s sounds, from percussive Balkan style beats, to soul, Italo disco and cosmic balearic deep house, with newer tracks next to ten year old unreleased jams. Some of it features killer bass, keys and Rhodes jams by long time friend Gunter Gerl, and some of it is smartly sampled by Klein himself. It is music to make an emotional impact rather than music driven by sales or chart places, and that is an approach that is working, with the likes of DJ Harvey often reaching for an SRS production in his sets. In 1999, Daniel set up Flamingo Discos Records with Kiko Navarro and it quickly became a cult outlet for house lovers with music from Concha Buika, Markus Enochson, S.U.M.O. and Robert Owens and remixes from Ian Pooley, Lovebirds, Alex Kid, Bugz in the Attic and himself under his nickname Gucciman. He also became an in demand remixer of artists such as KOOP, 2 Raumwohnung, Jon Cutler, Ennio Morricone, Trüby Trio, Lovebirds, Knee Deep, De Lacy, Shakatak to name a few. More recently, he set up taste making label Sirsounds Records, which quickly received attention for releases from Lovebirds, Corrado Bucci and SIRS himself with remixes by Tiger & Woods, Manoo, Alkalino, The Revenge and Raiders of the Lost Arp. High profile support for his work and the Releases on Sirsounds Records comes from the likes of DJ Harvey, Artwork, Purple Disco Maschine, The Black Madonna, Black Coffee, and Joey Negro etc while he often climbs high in various Beatport & Traxsource charts, such is the quality of his output.

Musumeci is a musical project by Mauro Di Martino, sicilian dj and producer since late 80s. After two decades of releasing music under several aliases, Mauro merged into Musumeci’s alter ego in 2009.
Constantly in demand as a producer and remixer, his music appeares on labels like Bedrock, Connaisseur, Compost Black Label, Diynamic Music, Endless, Exit Strategy, Exploited Ghetto, Get Physical, Innervisions, Kompakt, Moblack, Permanent Vacation, Sapiens & Watergate. Musumeci is A member of Human Machine and the owner of Engrave Ltd, Multinotes Recordings & Buttress Records.
