Have Fun! Double Fun! Greatest Fun! These Fun Fun albums of the 80's and 90's, brought you one of the best Italo Disco acts with million-selling hits like Happy Station, Color My Love, Baila Bolero and many others. Breaking the charts back in 1983 with their debut-single Happy Station (More specific, the Ben Liebrand originated "Scratch remix" – first released on High Fashion Music), and afterwards followed by a string of hits in the 80's and even 90's. One may say that Ben and High Fashion had a key-role in turning Fun Fun into a unprecedented hit-machine! And recently returning with the "Le Disco" mixes of the same Happy Station anthem, (and the upcoming Le Disco mixes of "Give Me Your Love") it has proven that Fun Fun is very much alive, and in high demand by Italo disco lovers.
From then... and now!

So it was decided that it was time for probably the last and complete CD compilation of Fun Fun, with all their hits in the original extended or 12" formats. So, it had to become a 2CD. With all the extended High Fashion Music released edits and remixes made by Ben Liebrand, and including the "Baila Bolero remix of Marc Hartman, who recently passed away. All was made from the original tapes and most of them even from the original multi-tracks. To make the ultimate and probably last Fun Fun compilation ever. Not without a reason we named it "The Final Edition! As we pretentiously claim, 'every attempt afterwards, can only be less'..

It was Ben Liebrand who carefully selected and re-mastered each and individual track, a lengthy process, where High Fashion Music asked him to walk that extra mile, to make sure that it would be the best Fun Fun anthology ever. And we dare to give our verdict. He managed.

With the 1994 High Fashion released "Greatest Fun" still giving you currently a set-back of minimal 25 euro's when bought on Discogs, we know that "Extended Fun" (The Final Edition) will find it's way to many Italo Disco lovers.
