Das Label erinnerte an die Haltung der afro-kosmischen DJs der Region wie Meo, Fary, Fattori und Brahms, die in ganz Italien und Europa ein unverwechselbares „Weltsound-Markenzeichen“ schufen (wie in letzter Zeit die österreichischen Experimente von Stefan Egger). Es gab eine Seite des Labels, die eindeutig von der „Heavy-Sample“-Kultur des Hip-Hop beeinflusst war und insbesondere von dem, was in Großbritannien passierte, wo Gruppen wie Transglobal Underground und Loop Guru eine neue identitäre Vorstellung schufen. Aus diesen Einflüssen entstand eine eindrucksvolle Auswahl der besten Breaks aus dem Tribal Italia-Katalog

The idea of the project is to reconstruct a different perspective of Tribal Italia, an imprint set in 1995 in Riccione.
The label recollected the attitude of the Afro/Cosmic djs of the region like Meo, Fary, Fattori and Brahms that created a distinctive "world-sound trademark" in whole Italy and Europe (as seen lately in the Austrian experiments of Stefan Egger).
There was a side of the label that was clearly influenced by the "heavy-sample" culture of Hip-Hop and, especially, by what was going on in the UK where groups like Transglobal Underground and Loop Guru were creating a new identitarian imagination.
These influences gave birth to a suggestive selection of the best breaks of the Tribal Italia catalogue[info sheet from distr.]
