nach einem arbeitsreichen sommer auf tournee lanciert silverlining „forgotten chorus“, ein neues label für tiefe, hypnotische und abstrakte body music. die idee entstand auf einem festival, wo ihn die tiefen frequenzen, die durch den natürlichen filter der englischen wälder drangen, dazu veranlassten, die lücken der höheren register mental zu füllen. drei wochen später schrieb er „salvaged chimes (from the rubble of sound)“, eine fast wortwörtliche nachbildung des tracks, den er sich vorgestellt hatte. für silverlining wurde dieser moment, in dem er sich verworfene klänge zu eigen machte, zum symbol dafür, wie übersehene stimmen, wie die der unterdrückten und vergessenen, dennoch nachhallen können, wenn wir uns entscheiden, anders zuzuhören.
