no let up from those disco deviants ! for number seven in the series the imprint is proud to release the first set of edits by the rather excellent situation. they first came to light after passing a cd to greg wilson after a gig. he was blown away by the quality of their edits and they instantly started to feature prominently in his sets to much acclaim. then greg included one of their cuts pushin on on his recent resident advisor mix and their talents were a secret no more as the interest flooded in. that track pushin on features on this release. instantly bringing to mind classics like remember me, unfinished sympathy and back to life, it really is a wonderful piece of music which moves both the body and the soul. on the flip, they rework jazzy dees wicked electrofunk track get on up into a dj-friendly dancefloor bomb. its an amazing debut and theres much more to come on their own imprint which is launching this year. enjoy the music
