for the projects 5th release we welcome russian artist toki fuko. the label continues to source deeper soundscapes and toki delivers a hypnotic collection of deep techno grooves with rhythmic sequencing where he absorbs inspiration from the world that surrounds him. over the years he has worked with musicians such as joaschim spieth, estroe, hernan catanneo, wareika, brendon moeller, and published on incredible labels such as affin, star dub, rosedale and slowdance. elliot project is proud to showcase this 3 track ep which illustrates the incredible talent of toki fuko and tagir who provides a special edit for sept .

as the summer closes and the autumn arrives the project releases its next selection with label boss frazer campbell and dark arts techno head stu crosbie. not a stranger to the label having appeared on the previous release stuart once again delivers his unique filtered sound of stripped back minimal techno with hints of trippy yet groovy influences of dark back room excursions. a real master of simplicity but exact definition of sombre sounds. the flip side presents a very different sonic description by frazer. ‘bleeding gums’ holds broken beat kicks with rolling drums but as always carries a true sense of emotion and warmth. the ep closes with ‘deebling mugs’ which is a production full of drive, dirty basslines and groove that will keep any dance floor moving as we wave goodbye to the summer of 2017.

elliot project 003 due out in late may 2017 moves towards a selection of interesting pieces with two originals by greek artist hemo. the first original, entitled ‘clouds’ is a moving electro journey with powerful pads and subtle basslines. ‘dogman’ turns a corner delivering a cosmic styled disco flight with catchy riffs and resonating bass leads. s. crosbie from the dark arts imprint also joins the project remixing ‘clouds’ into stripped back techno and frazer campbell closing off the release with an emotion fueled version of ‘dogman’.
