Ferrer and Sydenham having been knocking out some superb stuff on the Ibadan label recently, and Sandcastles doesnt break the streak, with its sublime piano line coming into its own late in the mix after a lengthy lead in of subtle percussion, throbbing kickdrum and stellar synth play. A warm and lush track, the cut builds through the beats, to the piano line and finally to vocal refrain and a wall of synth strings that round this track off perfectly.
