True Summer Bomb!! The Brilliant Follow-up To Their Highly Acclaimed Eskimo Debut Days Like These, Which Was Played And Cheered Upon By Prins Thomas, Pete Herbert, Richard Dorfmeister And Anyone Else That Matters!
Downtown Party Network" is a fresh duo from Lithuania, still in their first year of working together. One half of the project is DJ Saulty, the second being an experienced music producer Bradka.
This is the brilliant follow-up to their highly acclaimed Eskimo debut 'Days Like These', which was played and cheered upon by Prins Thomas, Pete Herbert, Richard Dorfmeister and anyone else that matters. And to be honnest, we can easily see 'Heart Break Dancing' getting the same raving feedback, this is a true summer bomb!!
Saulty has been in the Lithuanian scene for about 10 years now, first learning to spin in his hometown, then moving to Vilnius and acquiring residency in one of the busiest downtown places – "Cozy". His career has only gone up ever since, involving lots of bookings all around Lithuania and starting his own nights in a relatively new club "Woo", also in downtown Vilnius. The disco groove dedicated series, "Barbarella" (with a co-promoter Mantas T.) and "Spaced Out", have attracted a bunch of internationally praised DJs to come along and play, such as Pete Herbert, Daniel Wang, Pilooski, Toby Tobias, Richard Sen ("Padded Cell"), Optimo, Rune Lindbaek, Faze Action etc. While meeting all those favorite musicians of his own, Saulty realized it's about time to start expressing himself in music as well, and that is how the friendship with Bradka moved into another level.
Bradka, an educated piano player, began producing music in 2002 and abandoned his professional pianist career for the sake of a recording studio. A few hundreds of his created or produced works for different performers, TV identities and commercials are found in his biography. In 2007, Bradka began paying more attention to his own creative work, and since then has been cooperating with San Francisco based world famous DJ and producer Andy Caldwell and with a French recording label "Tubetracks".
It's obvious that no mistake could be made during the brainstorming sessions of the two young music lovers from Lithuania. The sessions have lead to the fresh project "Downtown Party Network", combining the best from legendary disco times, groovy electric additions, proper beat and the undescribable Lithuanian point of view.
