Chunky snares and simplistic high hats meld with ominous synth dripping with dub-styled delays. Classically Detroit sustained string sounds and rich analogue sweeps reflect Peters loving detail oriented production at it s finest. Elevation Funk is no average b-side. Elevation Funk is a super sexy house groove that does the job right. Deep and hypnotic analogue stabs slowly modulate to keep the bodies swinging on the dancefloor. Odd synthetic effects and cut up noises just drip in overdriven dub-styled delays keeping the groove from getting style and providing delicious ear candy for the dancefloor. Then about half way through this journey Peter slowly brings back in a wet sounding hat pattern to bring this slow cooking bomb to the boiling point.
