The affectionately titled EP, Der Kleine Elefant, intends to tell its listener the story about a tiny elephant who is on a huge journey through mountains, deserts, seas and forests where he hunts to fi nd food and water for survival. In each encounter through the magical land, the small animal meets mystical creatures and watches in amazement at the stunning landscapes he fi nds himself wandering through. Each track sounds like a modern day nursery rhyme and our elephant, the hero. The Original Mix: A deep swinging, organic groove which is introduced by rhythmatic strings that swirl around your earlobes like butterfl ies before building up into a powerful crescendo to usher your senses off into an altogether deeper mood. A1 Track: A heavy-hitting fl oor fi ller with it‘s tribal drum call and a bouncing powerful beat, the low sub bass and funky synths succeed to keep up with the beat throughout the track before pushing the entire composition forward in a hypnotic drone that dares you to resist pounding it out on the dancefl oor. Dub Mix: The 12-minute long track is a story of epic proportions that grows like a tree from fertile soil with its organic sounds that bloom into a dubby minimal beat, brimming with a fl uffy house feeling. Accessible to all, this track doubles as a club favourite and a hit for nights in.
