While Carsten made a name for himself in the past years being on tour as a DJ and being the creative head of many of his Techno compilations, Zyrus as a Clubowner arranged numerous big and great events.
Together they define SPIELSTAUB as: "Techno is the way we'll go!"
No matter if melodic, driving, melancholic or dubby. The multi-faceted Techno styles are combined with openness and acceptability to ensure a first class, quality output.

Expectedly on this base SPIELSTAUB is announcing the first release with no one else than the legendary Pig & Dan (COCOON) with the "I Don't Know, Pressure" EP.

Normalen Staub gibt es wohl überall, ungeliebt und fehl am Platz setzt er sich zwischen die Rillen der Schallplattensammlung, legt sich als feine Schicht auf Mischpult und Plattenspieler und bringt den sauberkeitsliebenden Menschen um den Verstand.

SPIELSTAUB ist ganz anders, will unterhalten, will Freude verbreiten und die Menschen zum Tanzen bringen, denn bei SPIELSTAUB handelt es sich um das neue Label von Carsten Schorr und Zyrus.

Während Carsten sich in den vergangenen Jahren als DJ und kreativer Kopf zahlreicher Techno-Compilations einen Namen machte, sorgte Zyrus als Clubowner mit zahlreichen Großveranstaltungen für Furore. Zusammen definieren sie SPIELSTAUB als Gesamtkonzept: "Techno is the way we'll go!" Egal ob melodiös, treibend, melancholisch oder dubby, die zahlreichen Facetten von Techno werden dabei durch Offenheit und Akzeptanz vereint um qualitativ hochwertigen Output zu generieren.

Wie auf dieser Grundlage nicht anders zu erwarten veröffentlicht SPIELSTAUB mit der ersten Release schon einen Anwärter auf den Titel des "Tanzbodenschrubbers 2010": produziert von niemand geringerem als PIG&DAN (COCOON).
