'Preach On'. Delivering three unique versions, all featuring
the wild and twisted vocal talents of Elbee Bad, Samuel
takes us on a variety of trips. His 'Modular' Mix opens the
release and immediately launches us forward with its
heaving electro bassline. The 'Raw Groove' mix is exactly
that, Raw. Bass heavy beats, snare snaps, open hats and
hand claps all work brilliantly with the vocal to provide a
completely stripped version. Samuel's final original is the
'Blessed' Mix. Equal in power to its sister mixes, the
'Blessed' adds the delicate touch of key stabs to the mix to
create a super, brand new vibe. Label chiefs Claudio Mate
and Roberto Bosco team up under their new Abstract
Souls guise to bring us their 'Daphne Love' Remix. With its
classic house beats, hats and snare rolls, the mix rolls
along powered by a rolling bassline and huge waves of
throbbing synths. A superb addition to an already seam
busting package and a stunning way to round out this
excellent debut release from Flying Donkey Music.
