Diametral Labelhead Matthias Springer gibt unter seinem Alias „MFS“ sein Debut auf dem eigenen Label und weiht gleichzeitig die erste Vinylauskopplung auf „Diametral Limited“ ein. Mit “Devils Chair” liefert er ein absolut dunkles Techno-Monster, denn der Name ist Programm. Dunkle und ziemlich kranke Soundlandschaften stehen hier Parade, getragen von einem abgrundtiefen Kickbass und verzerrten Hall-Spielereien, während sich ein markanter Psychoton stetig ins Gehirn einschleift.
Was würde als Remixer zu einem solchen Track besser passen wie das Kultprojekt „Stigmata“ von André Walter und Chris Hope, die für Ihren höllenartigen Sound bekannt sind und hier eine wohl teuflische Interpretation im aktuell treibenden Stil hinlegen. Verzerrte Stimmen, analoges Rauschen, knackig trocken Kickdrum und sich überschlagende Bässe lassen einen nicht zur Ruhe kommen.
Den Abschluss der Trilogie bilden die Münchner Newcomer „Bitterstrom“ , die das Ganze etwas minimaler angehen, aber keines Wegs lieblicher. Verspuhlt aggressiv ist hier wohl der treffendste Begriff. Eine Herausforderung für jedes Gehirn und ein Genuss für Liebhaber der alten Schule, konsequent und kraftvoll!

Gloomy and strange apocalyptical soundscapes carried by an enormous wet kickbass and distorted reverbs forcing an endless psycho tone directly into your brain.
No matter what could match better into this than a remix by the “Stigmata” project of André Walter and Chris Hope. They are really well known for there abstruse and cryptic sounds forming an invasive and merciless interpretation of the original by putting distorted vioces, anlog screams, dry cutting kickdrums and overturning basslines into one terrifying track.
The trilogy continues with the Munich based newcomers “Bitterstrom” , more minimal , but for sure really aggressive with dry kicks and evolving percussive elements moving directly through your synapses without getting stopped, this track is a challenge for your ears and a gift for lovers of the good old thrilling looped techno sounds.

The aim of Diamteral is to support young, talented producers in electronic music, who are sick of the current “minimal” mainstream sound or the mainstream in general. It is very important to us that techno is not be seen in a functional way only, but as an interpretation of the own experience, impressions and emotions. So Diametral is not related to a special genre of electronic music. Our sound can move from Chill Out up to energetic Techno, but deep, dubby and with a neccessary touch of Detroit flavoured elements.
