A brooding presence has appeared on the music scene and comes in the form of Tyson; a figure of fabulous mystery who is lacing the underground with his brand of pumping disco and surly synth. The first track to appear from his collection late last year, ‘Die On The Dancefloor’ was picked up by DJ’s glitterati, gaining spins from Aeroplane, Justice and Azari & III, as well as acclaimed reviews on blogs such as Too Many Sebastian’s and Harder Blogger Faster and a spot on HypeMachines ‘most blogged’ list.

His next single ‘Out Of My Mind’ seeps shady 70’s disco-infused electronica, veiled with ominous synth and overpowering beats. This, alongside remixes from The Swiss and Star Slinger are doomed to takeover the coolest dancefloors in the world.

Tyson’s comments on his music; ‘People forgot how to be stars... I’m trying to bring back authentic analogue music that sounds real. I wanted to make something horrible and very, very nasty, so when people heard it they would say ‘urgh’ but in a good way...’
