Markus Homm burst onto the scene back in 2009 with his tracks featuring on debut releases for Ostwind and Diynamic Music. The Romanian born German swiftly built on the success of those early releases as he teamed up with Highgrade Records to release a number of tracks throughout 2010/11. His mixture of deep, soulful, techy and minimal sounds has seen Markus and his productions prosper and today we bring you his debut release for Kiara Records. The Summit EP is a collection of three exclusive new cuts lead by the wonderfully deep and hypnotic title track. Its the title track that receives the remix treatment too, as Kiara welcome Ray Okpara to the label. With two remixes and one original release to his name so far in 2011, we find Ray in excitingly fresh form as he harnesses the deepness of the original and adds a rough and gritty edge with the inclusion of an abrasive groove-locked synth line.
