Yazoo scored several hits and recorded two albums. However, in 1983 Moyet and Clarke decided to disband Yazoo.In 1984, Moyet released her debut solo album Alf (titled after her punk-era nickname). The record became a huge hit and spawned three international hit singles: Love Resurrection , Invisible and All Cried Out .
