Continuing on the Passenger 140 bass quest we have a new signing to the label but certainly not new to the scene by any means! 601 has been bashing out the breakbeat / jungle hybrid for a while now and is one reason why Passenger and label owners Aquasky are revitalised by the scene.
So take it from us when we tell you that you need to hear this EP... an EP that connects the 138 bassline days of Passenger during the Noughties to the present day bassline mayhem and then links it all back again to the days of the rave. Music that makes you get out your seat and get involved... a 2011 soundtrack to the long hot summer of discontent on the European streets..!
Forget your clicky sub-genres, forget your fancy club door policy... this one is for those on a mission!
Next up on Passenger: Cutline, Jay Robinson & 601 remixes of Aquasky, Kelevra & Black Noise EP, Calvertron EP and the long overdue Aquasky album ‘White Riot’. Now turn this badboy up a couple more notches!
