On the 2nd Amuse Gueule we will present a perfect example of a summer spotlight. In order to do this, Alex Q and Oliver Schories joined up in a in gregarious circle, hitting the cookbooks and creating a midsummer nights dream to convince everyones palate. This piece of poetry will be topped off by a dish from our Argentinean friend Sandru who is well versed in noble ingredients and also has prepared the right wine.
