Tough, straight beats pump under a discordant bed of synth tones that build in crescendo that emerges and then carefully dies down. The occasional crack of a lone clap or teasing washes of tape delay add to the tension, as this paranoid moment takes control. A classically warm and minimalist affair, >JSMS 4.3< plants a super deep synth theme in our heads before introducing quite a mysterious spoken word, locking us into the vibe without doubt. Crisp hats cut through the mix as a perfect tool is born. Dub techno excursion >JSMS 2.0< is a rough and raw stab track done their way.
