Here s something to stir the loins of any discerning disco DJ: a studio hook-up between veteran producer Felix Dickinson (fresh from his much-loved outing on Futureboogie Recordings), Horse Meat Disco and one-time DFA man (and renowned multi-instrumentalist) Marcus Marr. There s an additional contributor, too: a mystery (presumably big-name) vocalist whose talk-box heavy delivery sits somewhere between Prince, George Clinton and Pharrell. The track itself is something of a summer anthem in the making - an immaculately produced P-Funk jam with the additional benefit of a shuffling, house-friendly groove. No details on how many copies have been pressed, either way, you d be well advised to snap up a copy while you still can.
