When Chrome Canyon (Stones Throw) and Saarid (Throne of Blood), formed duo Soft Touch in Brooklyn in 2012, their intent was to make adventurous pop music. For them, adventures encompass an array of sounds including vintage disco, 90s R+B, Golden Era NYC Hip Hop and House Music. Their latest release on Brooklyn Based Dither Down Records, is *Swim in the Night*. Joining them this time around is Norwegian vocal powerhouse, Silya. Her songs have been covered by Vanessa Hudgens and she has duetted with Cee Lo Green and she has done everything from cabaret to Rock n Roll. And it is all topped off by a trio of great remixes from Chrome Canyon, Mocean Worker and Walker & Royce. The vinyl EP includes a download code.
