French producer Julien Saillenfait (Deapmash) is delivering broad shouldered Textures and Sequences with attitude for the sophomore STALE output. From the Jump, the picture that the French producer is painting shows really vivid. Intrusing rhythms that pierce through ear canals and are nicely propped up by taints of distorting and peculiar vocal cuts.
Whilst Blackout (A1) lays the foundation for the overal sound, things get more sturdy on the uncompromising follow up called ''Breakness'' severe drum hits alternate throughout the track in which noteworthy patterns pave the way for the B side. Bristolian ''Joefarr'' opens up the flipside with an ominous remix to ''Breakness'' which will leave any dancefloor bewildered for a while. Adventurous to say the least.
Deapmash closes down ''Blackout'' with the drumtrack ''Hold''. Showcasing the already signature Deapmash sound, the french producer has shown that he is emerging an exciting sound with a fertile attitude.
