The title track kicks things off with crispy claps and thrumming tape textures before wild blobs of filter synth tones and sparse piano chords come into play. Girls in Matching Bathing Suits’ then sits an unusual croon over driven, long-tailed kick drums before Man At Parade drives a tight, irresistible groove through a sweet, circling piano sample and more playful synth work. Bouquet At Rest then sets more scuzzy drums plodding through a 2-note piano riff and free-flowing effects control that caps off another fine addition to the Bobby Donny series and another stellar 12″ from Frits Wentink.
