Well well well, what have we here then? The folk from KAT come up with a might nice surprise brining us a name we haven't seen or heard for a good while, Domu.

Domu is a name synonymous with the Broken beat scene (still bubbling away folks) and everything he touched oozed pure quality. No exception here with a couple of big re-edits that are taken from the Japa-nese only release (and uber rare) ESP DJ Classics Vol 2: Domu's Disco Jazz released back in 2009.

The Emotions, Love Vibes has been sampled a good few times before, a couple of re-edits have reared their heads but none go anywhere near Domu's wonderful take on this Jazz Funker. The tempo is taken up a notch or three, we have an arrangement to die for and just listen out for the filters - cheeky!

On the flip we have a mighty edit of Claudia Barry's Give it Up, originally out in 1978 and taken from the 'I Wanna Be Loved By You' album.
Funked up Disco with a killer groove, raunchy guitars and aching sassy vocals to boot.

So good to see this finally out on vinyl.
