Inspired by her first visit to Cocktail d Amore in 2015, she was so enthralled by the atmosphere, she started working on an EP for the label capturing her experiences from the party. The way Powder interprets sound is extremely personal and unique. The opener Hip has a driving sensual groove with hints of acid, seasoned with a good amount of loons and a mysterious foggy melody while Heart sounds like an italo disco aural translation of a shojo manga script for a fun in the sun tinged story. On the flip side a slowmo industrial-meets-rainforest groove characterizes Hole followed by Hair in which she blends many layers of rhythm patterns together.
