BQD040.1 is a collection of remixes the label released during its early years. Back then, the label intended to back up every release with a remix. The Rhadoo remix was not just an amazing addition to Pherox’s “Gabrielle” track, but it was also featured on an EP released with new graphics. Buck delivered an amazing interpretation of Danilo Schneider’s summer track “L’ecole”, that’s still very much a favourite at the label. Last but not least, Laurine Frost’s remix of Dana & Nvelope’s “Flowers”, one of Dana’s first released tracks. Frost gave the original a rich soundscape an extraordinary vibe. All of these remixes meant something special to the label, and now they’re all here for you to enjoy on one record…
