Matrefakt are a trio from Liverpool who run their own Attitudes to Life label. They kick off 2019 with their stunning Radiation Generation EP that has already been supported by some big names who got great reactions to the tracks at some huge festival stages.

Opener Radiation Generation is a high impact techno track that takes you through the galaxy at hyperspeed. Glistening synths and driving drums get hands in the air, while playful piano chords bring the funk, all in brilliantly original fashion.

The slick house of Often Wonder is a bristling track with lively drum programming and jazzy piano chords tumbling endlessly over the upbeat grooves. It’s happy music with a soul enriching vocal and has got festival anthem written all over it. Last of all, Purpose is another hi tech soul jam with lush chords, Detroit pads and the sort of crisp and punchy drums that cannot fail to make a big impression.
