der anfangstrack heat bietet druckvolle und erhebende synthesizerakkorde in einem von latein inspirierten rhythmus. die dicke synth-bassline tanzt zwischen den trommeln, um den groove zu kreieren, und der londoner musiker matt sluys trägt zu film noir-ähnlichen saxophon-linien bei, um diese spannungsgeladene geschichte der sexy, urbanen dämmerung zu vervollständigen.

die a2 schiebt die dinge weiter auf die tanzfläche, wenn auch mit einer niedrigeren bpm. der gesamte track schwebt auf einem loop gefilterten gitarrenriff. große drums sitzen auf einer warmen basslinie im reese-stil, die an des meegans geschichte als angesehener drum & bass-produzent unter einem anderen decknamen erinnert.

auf dem flip ist der titeltrack der ep. thematisch und hypnotisch entfaltet sich der mut des helden über 8 minuten, um die geschichte unseres helden auf seiner reise zu erzählen, während sie gegen den ultimativen feind kämpfen und siegreich zurückkehren. der höhepunkt des tracks ist ein emotional aufgeladenes live-gitarrensolo.

die veröffentlichung wird mit dem track atmosphere burning abgeschlossen. dieses stück ohne beat atmet synchron mit dem universum ein und aus. der track wurde von der schönheit unseres heimatplaneten inspiriert, der im weltraum schwebt und jenseits des menschen existiert.
