* vinyl only * for its seventh release, baud delves into deep techno territory, courtesy of munich-based producer lachriz. with previous releases on dario and marco zenkers illian tape and on woods‘n bass and outelectronic recordings, lachriz has been honing his craft, producing straightforward techno music with an edge, an often sublimated dub techno influence and an ambient feel.
FUTURE STATE

10.03.14
future state is roger 23s second release on baud and it features five stirring tracks that delve deep.
the fifth release on baud music is the 2029 ep by dario zenker aka 4.26 from munich. distorted dub imitations rooted in a rhythmic foundation, supplemented with penetrating driving shakes, shape the character of the first track the chief. a floating, thumping bass line and claps with elegant dreamy strings characterize the second track least one on the a side. the flip side welcomes us with sherhood with his straight solid beat and a dominant, catchy hook. alen combines dubtechno and dupstep into free-floating wave elements and obscures the perception of the 4/4 time, which transfers the listener into a state of suspense.
UNDERWORLD

20.01.11
mysterious shadows, sensual formations and intransparent depths rewrite the fourth baud release of ryo murakami from tokyo. the a-side is launched by the title track >underworld<, which is evident in an appealing soundscape by classical and contemporary dub elements. also on the front side is the playful >night dew<. swirled iridescent synths attend to the atmospheric and unexplored morning dew. >closer< opens the b-side with a gentle, bubbling acidline that rounds off the background with jacking swinging moments. like an enchanted, dark veil >fog< appears on the back side, by building up strings into unsearchable depths
DYNAMIC RAIN
12 Inch
23.06.10
the third baud release was created by don williams. the label-operator of mojuba, a.r.t.less and wandering contributes the ep >dynamic rain<. the title track opens the a-side. carried away by a kick-drum and completed by funky rotating sound objects, which will create hypnotic moments on the dance floor. then the a-side seamlessly moves into the dropping and beat-less >rain reprise<. soft sound drops serve as the clock-generator to complete this side. the b-side track >glis groove< emerges with a rolling beat and chord attacks, to finally lose itself in a bleeping, synthy-cloud
