both listening hip hop and electronic, raphael henard and maxime denuc started to make music together in 1999. interested at the same time by mainstream tunes and extreme audio researches they try to propose their own interpretation of club music and released a first ep on the french-japanese label sonore in 2011. they have been invited by prestigious festivals and promoters around the world such as sonar (sp), villette sonique (fr), club metro (jp), todaysart (be), dans dakar (sw), les siestes é,lectroniques (fr), universidad de coimbra (pt), nouveau casino (fr), le lieu unique (fr)... succession :struck by the vertigo from pancrace royer while watching the bertand dumont film «l’humanité,» plapla pinky started to include that track in their dj set. after some research in the field of baroque musique they decided to make a mixtape of their favorite tunes of the genre, paying homage to the modernity and emotional power of that era.
